Effective date: October 28, 2026
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you interact with our services.
Information you give us. When you request the syllabus statement, we collect your email address and whether you checked "I'm also interested in the pilot." If you email us, we keep your message and contact details.
Information collected automatically. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to run and secure the site. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not allow advertising networks or other third parties to collect information about your activity on our site over time or across other websites.
We do not collect student check-in responses through this website.
To send you the syllabus statement you asked for
To send a few short follow-up emails about using the check-in with your class
To contact you about the pilot, if you said you were interested
To answer your questions
To understand which pages are useful and keep the site secure
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run Campus Mind, such as our website host (Grigora), our email provider (PrivateEmail) and Google Workspace, where we keep our sign-up records. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email Info@campusmind.io and we will stop. We may still send a one-time reply to a question you asked.
We keep your email address while you are on our list or involved in the pilot. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it within 30 days, except where we must keep a record of your opt-out so we don't email you again.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing Info@campusmind.io. We will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We offer the choices above to everyone, wherever they live.
Our service providers store your information in the United States.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because our site does not track you across other websites or use advertising cookies, it works the same whether or not the signal is on.
This website is for faculty and campus staff. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or email service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell people on our email list.
